I brought in my Mazda CX-7 for service because I smelled oil burning from engine being circulated threw my vents. Amanda and her staff were able to locate the problem and correct it in a timely manner. She demonstrated great knowledge of mechanics and factory warranty. I walked in worried about my vehicle and left confident that the problem was resolved. Thank you Amanda!

When my daughter and I first visited the dealership, we were just browsing, but regardless Peggy was more than helpful, she was knowledgeable, extremely welcoming, not pushy, because of this, when it came time to purchase, we went back to her. She is terrific and a definite asset to Mazda. Jim (finance) was terrific with the financing details. Very efficient and professional. Sometimes discussing finances can be stressful, but Jim made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have been to several dealership over the many years of driving, and this one is special.

Peggy was wonderful. She didn’t push me and she was knowledgable and worked within my means instead of trying to get me to work in hers. She is one of the first car salespeople I have ever liked and enjoyed working with. John, one of the managers, was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Jim, in finance, worked unbelievably hard to get me what I needed, definitely above and beyond. Also, the main manager was amazing!!! He was supportive to his entire team! This was the best experience I ever had a car dealership!

Me and my wife found a car online called about the availability of the car and spoke with a salesman named Peggy she was very friendly advised that there was a fair amount of interest and we could leave a refundable deposit so no one could test drive or be shown the car. Upon arrival a family asked about the car and was told it was unavailable we were happy we put deposit. We worked with Peggy on the deal and ended up with a very nice Mazda 3. Would Highly recommend doing business with Ramsey Mazda especially Peggy.

OUTSTANDING in just one word—-after shopping multiple car dealers in the last few weeks & looking at many different “suv crossovers”–I wanted to trade in my 2007 Nissan for what i finally decided i wanted—a 2011 Mazda CX9–I was fortunate to stumble onto Ramsey Mazda via the internet and received a prompt reply from Robert Wood who was extremely polite & willing to help me–no pressure—he then put me in touch with John Torres–one of the sales managers who I liked after just a short conversation–I spoke to John a 2nd time a few days later before making the drive to the dealership which was just over an hour away from me. I was greeted by Bill Rajner & from the moment I walked into the dealership everyone could not have been nicer. We took the CX9 out for a test drive & Bill sat in the back seat and was a wealth of knowledge regarding all of the vehicles features. John gave me a price on the car right away which was far better then the other 2 Mazda dealerships i had visited (even after the other dealerships did their “check with the boss” back & forth routine that we all hate) John also gave me the most for my trade–no smoke & mirrors here, just good honest car salespeople–I would not hesitate in recommending Ramsey Mazda–its the first time I have ever had such a good experience in buying a new car

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with a new car, everyone and everything about this dealership was at the top! They were friendly, helpful, listened to you and never pushed anything on you. They worked with my budget, gave me a great deal and went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I returned my Mazda 3 lease and was pleasantly surprised that I was offered a great deal on a brand new mazda 3 lease. Peggy made sure I got the exact color and specifications I asked for. She also followed up with me and made sure I was satisfied the day after. The entire process was quick and easy & I would recommend this dealership to others.

We needed a hard top for our Miata. The parts department was great. They worked patiently over the phone with me, and we agreed on a great price. The top arrived, and they held it for me to look at, and then delivered it to our body shop for painting. The process was smooth and easy.

The plan was to check out the cars and we if we liked anything and to get an idea of pricing, that’s it. A little while later, we were negotiating! Our salesperson was Peggy and Peggy is awesome. She knows her stuff, is a pleasure to deal with and knows how to get things moving. We highly recommend working with Peggy. Jason was also very nice to deal with, worked with us to get a payment we could live with and the car I wanted in the color I wanted. The paperwork went quickly and effortlessly. This is our first Mazda and so far so good. The Mazda 6 is a nice car. We went to this dealership because of the rave reviews on this site and we were really glad we did!

My mother made an appointment with the dealer Mike. D. Mike met us at the door and was both friendly and professional. He was very patient and answered all our inquires. We took a test drive with my kids. He made sure to pay attention and even include my children in the conversation. I would definately recommend going to this dealership. Mike even followed up with a phone call. When I went to pick up my plates he greeted me with a smile. I am grateful for all his assistance, as this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I want to also state that when I called other dealerships to inquire about the cars, Mike was the only one out of 5 that actually returned my call!
I would recommend going to the Ramsey Mazda dealership. The other dealers were also friendly. It was nice to go to a place that was professional and serene. Thanks Mike D.

An overall pleasant experienceOctober 23rd, 2010
This experience with purchasing our new Mazda 6 was handled via the internet. It was handled with professionalism and we were quite surprised to admit that is was an overall pleasant experience. Jason finalized a price which was far better than our original quote from a dealer we had purchased our previous two Mazda’s from. Once the deposit and the financing was squared away, he turned us over to Peggy. We went in on Saturday morning to meet Peggy and Jason for the first time, sign the paperwork which was all set, took the car for a final test drive and drove it home. Peggy took the time to go over everything with us and made sure we were comfortable, happy and had no further questions. It was an overall very pleasant expierience and made buying our car “easy”. We would definetly refer our friends and family to Ramsey Mazda as this was our 3rd Mazda we have purchased but our first time at Ramsey.

Peggy Witkowski and Ramsey Auto Group are wonderful. She was beyond helpful. She came up to us right away and asked us if we needed help. We already knew what car we wanted so she immediately asked if we had any questions. She answered each one without hesitation. When it came time to talk about price she was more than fair and gave us a better deal on a better car than we expected. She explained everything each step of the way. When it came time to make the final deal she was very accommadating with her time. She went over everything about the inside of the car and how everything works. I will be reccommending Peggy and Ramsey Mazda to everyone. Thank you Peggy for a great car buying experience.

I was lucky enough when I went to Ramsey Mazda to have Peggy Witkowski as my salesperson. I’ve bought more than a few cars and this was one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had. She was very friendly, took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. She worked with me until I got what I thought was a great price on the vehicle I leased. She was also very accommodating as I called her the day I was to pick up my car and asked if I could switch to another color. It wasn’t a problem and she did what was necessary to make that switch happen. Overall I had a great experience and would not hesitate to go back.

I had a great experience buying a CX-7. This was due to Merry Robertson & Peggy Witkowski. Merry handled my online inquiry and had the information I needed and contacted me in a timely manner. She was easy to deal with and one of the reasons I decided to make the 60 mile trip to Ramsey Mazda. Peggy Witkowski was my sales person and she was terrific. 30 minutes after sitting down I had a done deal for a new car. Peggy made it very easy and enjoyable. Ramsey didn’t have the color I wanted but it was no problem to find the color I wanted and get it for me. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. The finance guy was great( sorry forgot his name) even found an extra rebate for me and I was out the door in an hour. The easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a car. Give them a chance you won’t be disappointed! Special thanks to Merry, Peggy and Mike too!

For some reason the first time I did this review it did not show up so I will do another, but better. Just because I like you Peggy, you were awesome.
Miss Peggy Witkowski was very, Very, VERY helpful. She was super friendly from the beginning as if I was talking to a friend I’ve known for years. I only came in to inquire about pricing and car performance with no intention of purchasing anything. She was kind enough to show me the cars, crunched the numbers, and was very informative to each question I asked her. Unlike the other Sales Consultants I’ve been speaking with, her intrapersonal skills are far better. I didn’t feel any pressure, didn’t feel uncomfortable, and didn’t feel intimidated. Peggy Witkowski and the rest of the Mazda staff at Ramsey are all very reliable, very informative, and more than enough easy to talk with in person. Seven (I hope I am spelling your name correctly, if not I apologize), Jim, and the rest of the staff were all easy going and very professional. I highly recommend Ramsey Mazda not just because I believe you will not only get your money’s worth, but also your time will not be wasted. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. Friends recommended this dealer so we visited with no appointment and were immediately made to feel very welcome. We thoroughly recommend Joe Guadalupe. His product knowldge is impressive but more than anything else he did everything he could to conclude a deal that suited our needs – financially and in terms of timing. He worked very hard to meet our requirements and to ensure that we were satisfied. He is a real nice guy and truly understands that people buy cars by building respectful relationships. We went to Ramsey Mazda in search for a new car. We concluded our deal with Peggy Witkowski who was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We bought the car at Ramsey on July 10 2010 and they had it ready for us in a matter of three days. Peggy and Joseph made the experience of buying new car very smooth and painless.
