“Keep up the good work!”

I purchased my new Mazda 6 this past January. I have been going to this dealership since 2001 when I bought my MPV. This dealership has come along way baby as they say. First and most importantly, I bought my car, I repeat I came back to this dealership because of the way my salesperson Peggy treated me. She makes the customer feel comfortable and not intimidated by the usual car dealer tricks. She is personable, knowledgable and funny. Peggy made it easy to purchase my car. She is an asset especially to women who are the largest representation of the car buying market. I plan to buy my next Mazda in 2012 from Peggy!!! Keep up the good work Peg!!! Secondly, and very important next to sales is the relationship between service dept and the customer. I love the fact that finally you now realize that customers don’t want to be inconvenienced. You have loaner cars if I neededone and I actually got a car wash when I was in this week after service. I appreciate Sita and her staff. I want thank you for taking me to work across the street each time I come in to service my car. I would like to receive coupons via email which I know Sita addressed with me and made sure my email address was correct. Yet in the 8 years I’ve been with Mazda, I gotten maybe 2 coupons and nothing changed when I bought my new vehicle this year.
